Hiring: SAP Payroll Technical Lead | Universal City, CA (Onsite)

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Payroll Technical Lead with 9-15 years of experience in US Payroll and ABAP HR development. If you have expertise in Core HR & Payroll modules, PNP/PNPCE logical databases, payroll processes, reports, and integrations, this is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ ABAP HR Development – Custom program design, modifications, and HR forms (SMART Forms, HR Forms)
✅ Payroll & Core HR Expertise – Schemas, functions, operations, and payroll processing
✅ Database Programming – PNP/PNPCE logical databases, cluster programming
✅ Reports & Interfaces – Developing payroll reports, enhancements, and integrations
✅ Technical Documentation – Requirement gathering, design, unit testing, and code review
✅ User Exits & BAPIs – Proficient in BADi, BAPI, and object-oriented programming (OOPS)

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
📌 Proven expertise in SAP Payroll Technical Consulting (US Payroll)
📌 Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
💡 Preferred: SAP HR certification, experience with other HRIS systems
