Job Description
Job Title: Conversational AI Engineer
Both local and non-local candidates (able to quickly relocate upon acceptance) will be considered for this position. Local candidates HIGHLY desired. Position will be hybrid work schedule, onsite Mondays and Tuesdays each week.

Job Summary
Design, implement, and enhance conversational AI agents using Generative AI and NLP.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and optimize AI-powered virtual assistants.
2. Implement conversational experiences in Dialogflow CX.
3. Analyze chatbot performance using BigQuery and Looker Studio.
4. Create guided conversational flows and prompt engineering strategies.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, or related field.
2. Experience developing AI-powered chatbots (Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI).
3. Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and prompt engineering.
4. Proficiency in Google Cloud Services (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions).
Preferred Qualifications
1. Familiarity with APIs, cloud security, and AI ethics.
2. Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for AI model integration.
3. Experience with RAG-based AI approaches and infrastructure as code deployment (Terraform).
