Image Deployment and Management:
o Manage and deploy images using Intune Autopilot.
o Create and maintain image life cycles for various operating systems.
o Ensure seamless deployment and updates of endpoint devices.
o Understanding/experience on legacy tools like MDT/OSD will be helpful.
o Good experience with JamF in managing Mac OS endpoints.
2. Security and Compliance:
o Implement and manage security policies using Intune and Microsoft Defender.
o Good experience in managing and enhancing Identity & Access Management tools and processes.
o Good experience with Privilege Management Tools like Beyond Trust or similar ones.
o Monitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities.
o Ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
3. Patch Management and Vulnerability Management:
o Use SCCM/Intune for patching and managing vulnerabilities.
o Experience with Azure Update Manger/Manage Engine would be a plus.
o Regularly update and maintain endpoint security.
4. Operating Systems and Device Management:
o Provide support for all versions of Windows operating systems and Mac OS.
o Manage meeting room devices such as Surface Hubs, MTRs, and Crestron panels.
o Configure and manage endpoint hardware and drivers.
o Ensure Hardware inventory and CMDB management.
5. Mobile Device Management
o Proficiency in managing iOS and Android devices from onboarding to offboarding. Experience with Apple Business Manager and Google Play store a must.
o App deployments and mobile threat detections.
o Securing the Corporate and BYOD devices.
6. Identity and Access Management (IDAM):
o Utilize tools like One Identity Active Roles Server, Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, and SailPoint.
o Manage user identities, onboarding and offboarding workflows. Dynamic groups and DL creations and management and manage access controls.
7. Scripting and Automation:
o Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and management tasks.
o Lead and implement automation initiatives using Microsoft Copilot.
8. Server and Directory Services:
o Must have good experience in managing Windows Servers and Active Directory environments.
o Exposure to VMWare and managing servers in AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
o Must have good experience in managing Azure Active Directory, License Management and M365 suite of applications.
9. VDI
o Design, implement & manage Azure/Windows Virtual Desktops, Windows 365 PCs.
o Any exposure with other VDI solutions like VMWare Horizon etc. are welcome.
o Performance Optimization and security controls implementation.
10. AI & Digital Experience Management:
o Improve digital experience using tools like Nexthink and similar tools.
o Gen AI tools implementation and exposure.
o Advance analytics from Intune and Nexthink.
o Research, Recommend and perform PoC for new AI Agentic solutions.
o Configure and manage endpoints for optimal user experience.
o Drive continuous improvement projects delivering impressive RoI outcomes for the client.
11. Project and Stakeholder Management
o Responsible for direct stakeholder management.
o Lead the offshore and onsite teams successfully leading from the front technically and professionally.
o Reporting, Identifying and driving continuous Improvement initiatives & revenue growth.
o Drive the weekly, monthly and quarterly governance calls.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of recent experience in the latest modern desktop management and related technologies.
• Extensive experience with Intune Autopilot, SCCM, and Microsoft Defender.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Experience with meeting room devices (Surface Hubs, MTRs, Crestron panels).
• Strong knowledge of IDAM tools (One Identity, Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Virtual Desktops.
• Familiarity with digital experience management tools like Nexthink.
• Proven track record of leading and implementing automation initiatives.
