Job Title: ForgeRock Developer
Location: Little Rock, AR (Day 1 Onsite)

Key Responsibilities / Required Skills:
Design, develop, and customize ForgeRock IDM solutions to meet the organization’s identity and access management requirements.
Lead and execute the onboarding of applications and user migration activities using ForgeRock IDM.
Develop and customize ForgeRock IDM components using Groovy, Java, JavaScript, and other scripting languages to ensure smooth operation and integration.
Build and configure connectors to integrate ForgeRock IDM with external systems, ensuring seamless synchronization and data flow.
Implement workflows, approval processes, and certification processes to automate identity lifecycle management.
Integrate ForgeRock IDM with third-party systems and applications using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to ForgeRock IDM configurations, connectors, and system performance.
Manage the installation, configuration, and deployment of ForgeRock IDM in cloud or on-premise environments.
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to implement scalable IAM solutions and troubleshoot issues.
Hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and deploying ForgeRock IDM solutions.
Proficiency in Groovy scripting to customize ForgeRock IDM functionalities.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including user lifecycle management, access control, and identity federation.
Experience developing and configuring connectors for integrating ForgeRock IDM with LDAP, RDBMS, and other enterprise systems.
Proficiency in Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and Python for developing IDM solutions and automating identity tasks.
Experience integrating ForgeRock IDM with external systems using RESTful APIs and SOAP.
Strong knowledge of designing and implementing workflows, approval processes, and certification processes within IAM.
Experience deploying ForgeRock IDM in AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Proficiency in using version control systems like Git and working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for IDM deployment.
Experience with security protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML in implementing secure identity solutions.
Proficiency in RDBMS systems like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and experience with database integration within IDM.
Experience with ForgeRock AM for implementing single sign-on (SSO) and access management solutions.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and integration of ForgeRock IDM in cloud-native applications.
Experience in automating ForgeRock IDM deployments using Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance of ForgeRock IDM.
