o Head down coder to start, then some interface down the line
• How will this resource be measured?
o Coding ability/knowledge of oracle and how they’ve used it in the past
• Who will they be interacting with on day to day?

• Who are they reporting to directly? Goutham
• Is this person an individual contributor or in a lead role? individual contributor
Technical Aptitude
• 3-5 Must Haves Skills & Technologies (Break down each skill or tech stack/ flexibility levels):
o Java (60% java, 40% oracle)

• Jr., Mid, or Sr. level and how many years of experience on each skill?
o Mid-senior
• Drill down on how they will use the skill (ie: what application or platform or regulatory/ compliance etc)
• How important is the environment they have worked in prior? ( ie: enterprise level, industry specific/ domain specific) important
Soft Skills / Company Culture
• What is the priority level of that skill relative to others?
o Mid – eventually they will be speaking with external users so they will need good comm
• How are they using these soft skills on day to day?
