Job Description

• 2- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform with focus on coding/scripting, configurations and advanced capabilities like Workflows, Flow Designer etc.
• Experience with implementation of the core suite of ITIL & ITSM functionalities using the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with implementation FSM functionalities using the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain and update existing solutions (e.g. business rules, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, ACLs, dashboard & reporting, data imports etc.
• Work with stakeholders to define and execute implementations & process automation using ServiceNow, REST and SOAP web services etc.
• Administer ITIL & ITSM processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation and system configurations using ServiceNow Platform.
• Define user interfaces and administer persistence through database integration with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proactively keeping track of ServiceNow product updates and project/version changes.
• Basic Knowledge on Agile development frameworks (Kanban/Scrum).
• Troubleshooting issues and problem solving, as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
