Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering – Technical Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes for multiple teams. The role requires expertise in Jira administration and Agile frameworks, ensuring team efficiency, removing roadblocks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with Product Owners for backlog readiness and prioritization.
• Utilize Jira at an expert/admin level (workflow configuration, JQL, advanced reporting, dashboard creation).
• Work with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, stakeholders) to ensure seamless sprint execution.
• Promote Agile adoption and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Identify and resolve impediments affecting the team’s progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.
• Expert-level Jira skills (JQL, workflow configuration, advanced reporting).
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS frameworks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience coaching teams on Agile best practices.
• Hybrid work experience, with the ability to work onsite 3 days a week.
• Agile certifications (SAFe, PSM, CSM) are a plus.
