.NET Developer with Dynamics 365
Location: moline IL (OnSite).
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong Dynamics 365 skills to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain solutions that leverage Microsoft's D365 platform while utilizing your .NET expertise to create custom integrations and extensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using .NET framework and C# to extend D365 functionality
- Create custom plugins, workflows, and integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems
- Develop web services and APIs that interact with Dynamics 365
- Build custom entities, forms, views, and business processes within D365
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance existing D365 applications
- Work with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) to create comprehensive business solutions
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Document solutions, APIs, and system configurations
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with .NET development using C#
- 2+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE, F&O, or Business Central)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and web development principles
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and database design
- Experience with Azure services and cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web service integration patterns
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Common Data Service (CDS)/Dataverse
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of business processes in sales, service, or finance domains
- Previous experience in a consulting environment
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and middleware solutions
- Career advancement pathways in technology and solutions architecture
