Must have worked on at least 1-3 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role.

Experience in implementation of HCM Cloud modules i.e. Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Compensation is must.

Provide end to end solution for Oracle Recruiting (ORC) processes.

Should have deep expertise in Base compensation, Workforce compensation, Individual Compensation and Total rewards.

Must have Experience in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation.

Experience in cross geography implementation of HCM Cloud.

Hands on experience in Customizations within Fusion including HCM experience Design Studio and Page Composer.

Knowledge of HCM Cloud data model with expertise in writing complex SQL joins.

Should have experience in developing reports, interfaces, data migration in oracle cloud HCM.

Reports and Analytics - knowledge on existing reports/ custom report creation methods.

Hands-on Experience in HCM Data Loads, Fast Formulas, Value Sets, UDT, Personalization, HDL, PBL, Spreadsheet Loader, Security, BI Publisher Repots and OTBI analysis & HCM extracts.

Need to have excellent communication skills and should be capable of delivering end to end solutions.
