Sterling OMS & Micro Services Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
6+ years in in developing / implementing / customizing IBM Sterling Commerce Distributed Order Management and Inventory Visibility
Strong knowledge & hands-on experience on Sterling Web store customizations
Experience with Services, DevOps, Delivery.
6+ year experience in developing Servlet/JSP/Filters, Java Web Services, or related skill.
At least 2+ year experience in leading and mentoring Engineers
Experience in building microservices using Spring Boot, Kafka, API Gateway, and various AWS components.
Hands-on experience on developing Java Spring boot applications is desired
Experience in AWS Cloud is considered valuable
Ability to work independently with minimal direction be a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results.
Experience in leading multiple work tracks in a multi-site team model
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning
Experience in Agile methodology
Experience working with high transaction systems
