10+ years’ experience in IT and Hands-on experience with applications such as workspace, CCW & CCW Renewals, and a basic understanding of downstream and upstream impacts.

Analyse the service install base coverage of customers and provide resolutions for disputes.

Accurate True forward order creation and should assist with holds management and fulfilment/closure.

Log incidents with IT for Services EA technical issues and track them for long-term fixes.

Work-level instructions with detailed instructions and process flows should be created whenever there is a change in process or policies.

Conduct business analysis of current system capabilities and challenges, document manual steps, work with RPMs and IT to enable the enhancements/automations.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Partners, IT & RPMs, etc., explain the problem statement, and work towards resolutions.
