Required Skills: Telecom Domain with SAP BRIM, JIRA, Billing

Job Description

• Analyze complex business challenges and design effective sap solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Brim Functionality, providing recommendations and solutions to meet business needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end configuration, customization, and optimization of the different SAP Modules like CI and FICA.
• Must have knowledge in SAP BRIM Fiori applications related to FICA/O & CI Process.
• Must have knowledge in all the configurations needed to load the billing/invoicing details from External billers and Process Payments/refunds/Adjustments/Bulk Adjustments through different channels Like API/CC/Card Transactions.
• Implementation SAP Convergent changing, convergent invoicing and proficient with all BRIM Tiles
• Designing and configuration of E2E converging charging processes with integration of SAP Convergent Invoicing
• Experience in Gathering Requirements from Business users Scenarios and Preparing business process design documents, configuring the system and Preparing functional Specifications and Project relevant documentations.
• Hands on experience on Test management tools like Zepher scale and defects management tools like Jira
• Must have knowledge on Credit and Debit memo scenarios with Billing and invoicing.
• Must have basic knowledge on RAR Process along with GL Accounts with Recurring Payments and Recurring charges and Taxation Process.
