Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Test Specialist at Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) for W2 Contract with P&C Insurance domain Experience.
- Quality Analyst – Need experience in Bond Insurance Application and Automation
- Key Responsibilities include Test Planning and Strategy Develop detailed test strategy and test plans based on the business requirements and user story specific to the bond application across the areas related to underwriting policy issuance and claims
- Functional testing Perform testing related to all the functional areas underwriting policy issuance and claims
- Report the defects with clear steps to reproduce and document the same
- Perform regression testing when new features are introduced in the application
- Perform integration testing to ensure smooth data flow and interactions
- Ensure the application is complaint with internal industry regulations
- Ensures the application meets the financial regulatory reporting standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education Degree in business finance information systems or related field
- Experience At least 10 years and Previous experience as a QA Analyst with insurance and bond industry
- Domain Knowledge Familiarity with bond insurance products rate calculations underwriting policy issuance and claims functionalities
- Tools Experience with test management tools like Rally, Jira SQL for data analysis Automation tools like SeleniumJ unit
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly and to work collaboratively with the developers and the business stakeholders
