Job Description

• Configure, build, and maintain Epic Beaker CP & AP modules to support laboratory workflows.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for Beaker interfaces, ensuring seamless connectivity with HNL Labs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, lab staff, and project managers, to meet deliverables on schedule.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and optimization to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Document workflows, configurations, and system changes as needed.
• Provide end-user training and support as necessary.

• Epic Beaker CP & AP certification (Required)
• Strong experience in Beaker build, implementation, and support.
• Expertise in lab integration, HL7 interfaces, and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Previous experience supporting laboratory systems interfacing with third-party labs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with onsite teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
