Mandatory Skills Required :
8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Application Development
8+ years of experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
8+ years of hands-on development with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
8+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
8+ years of experience in designing/developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Dataverse or SharePoint
8+ years of experience developing Power BI reports
8+ years of experience creating Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process flows
8+ years of experience working with Dataverse tables and solutions
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
3+ years of strong team collaboration and cross-functional teamwork experience
3+ years of experience working independently and driving results
3+ years of strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
1+ year of experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
