We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 8–10 years of overall BA experience and a strong focus on Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements related to Salesforce CRM.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and system design specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and JAD sessions.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new Salesforce features or system changes.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, use cases, wireframes, and process maps.
- Provide insights and recommendations for Salesforce best practices and process improvements.
- Work with third-party vendors, integration teams, and other business units when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4–5 years dedicated to Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Proficient in gathering and translating requirements into actionable user stories.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and Salesforce reporting.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in data migration, system integration, and reporting within the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst) are preferred.
