Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional and technical SAP GTS solutions.

Design and implement cross-functional solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards.

Configure and customize SAP GTS and SD modules, including documentation, unit testing, and performance testing.

Lead multiple SAP GTS projects simultaneously, managing teams, allocating resources, and tracking budget vs actuals.

Manage the intake process for new business requirements, including assessment, high-level design, estimation, and project sizing.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to GTS team members.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancements, and automation within SAP GTS and SD areas.

Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery.

Maintain compliance through robust knowledge of customs management, AES filing, SPL, embargo, and legal control functionalities.

8–10 years of SAP configuration experience in SD and GTS modules.

Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Strong knowledge of SAP GTS Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party Lists, Embargo, Legal Control), Customs Management, and AES Filing.

Proficient in SD Billing, Pricing, and Order-to-Cash processes.

Demonstrated experience with production change management, including test planning and execution.

Proven project management experience, leading GTS consultants and managing deliverables across multiple projects.

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Experience with Data Analytics, Hadoop, and Tableau dashboard design.

Exposure to SAP Security, SAP Technical Upgrades, and custom interface development.

Familiarity with SAP CRM functionalities such as Opportunities, Contracts, and Service Case Management.

Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP GTS.
