· Must have extensive experience with MUST BE ABLE TO SET STRATEGY and CONVERY TO C-LEVEL EXECUTIVES. This person MUST understand operational aspects of PBM. Highly skilled Program Manager with deep expertise in pharmacy benefit programs to lead complex initiatives

Other core skills:
o Minimum 5–8 years of experience in program or project management within healthcare.
o Deep experience (3+ years) in pharmacy benefit management, health plans, PBMs, or clinical pharmacy programs.
o Proven success managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

o Strong understanding of PBM operations, formulary management, prior authorization workflows, rebate strategies, and regulatory guidelines.
o Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
o Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
o PMP, Six Sigma, or related certification preferred.
