Oversee information technology projects of the highest sensitivity and complexity.

Execute project plans and revise as authorized to meet changing needs and requirements.

Evaluate the goals, risks, and constraints of projects to determine the most efficient and effective project management methodology (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) to follow.

Assist stakeholders with identifying and documenting business problems and project goals through the completion of business cases.

Facilitate communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making processes among multiple stakeholders and proactively remove barriers.

Ensure project needs and objectives are clearly communicated and teams have all necessary information and resources to complete tasks.

Adhere to the defined EPM governance process.

Maintain documentation that reflects any changes to scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Translate and document conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements and user stories in a clear and comprehensive manner.

Proactively keep stakeholders and senior management abreast of the status of projects and have the ability to respond to status requests on demand.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
