Job Description

• Solution Design & Implementation – Lead the design and implementation of DocuSign eSignature Solutions aligning with business needs and best practices. Experience or exposure on Docusign CLM is added advantage.
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, project managers and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Expertise in scalable integrations of DocuSign with CRM Systems(Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or other enterprise applications) and other middleware platforms.
• Ownership to review code, design, build connectors and integration plans for ensuring high quality deliverables
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members
• Experience in Agile & DevOps practices
• Create Technical Documentation, User Guides and Training Materials for internal teams and end users.
• Staying updated with latest product releases and recommended the features & enhancements to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
