Minimum Qualifications
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of JavaScript writing with NO HELP (5+ years)
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of TypeScript writing and ability to work with old and new typescript with NO HELP (5+ years)
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of NodeJs (5+ years)
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Jest (5+ years)
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Redux (10+ years)
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of React (10+ years)
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Git (5 + years)
• For staff level ability to design and deliver complex large systems from vague requirements within tight deadlines.
• Excel both in operational and engineering excellence.
• Excellent communicator both in verbal and writing.
Areas of responsibility include: - Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards
- Drives technical vision and influences product roadmap and vision
- Implement large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects
- Leads the discovery phase of large projects to develop high level design
- Supervise the work of cross-functional groups of engineers, including offshore associates
- Directs root cause analysis of critical business and production issues
- Documents testing and maintenance of application corrections and improvements
- Influence decisions, builds consensus, and resolves conflicts constructively and proactively
- Supports business objectives and ensures the business needs are being met
