Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Asset & Portfolio Data Architect to join our team in a hybrid onsite capacity. This role will focus on implementing and managing data architecture for asset and portfolio management (APM-IM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern data engineering and analytics tools with a strong understanding of data architecture principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions for asset and portfolio management.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using DBT and Python.
- Work with large datasets and optimize performance in Snowflake, SQL, and PostgreSQL environments.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams at both CBRE and our internal office to gather requirements and deliver insights.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the portfolio.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, and PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in ETL development and DBT (Data Build Tool)
- Solid Python programming skills for data transformation and automation
- Proven ability to work in hybrid teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Work Schedule:
- 3 days onsite at Client office
- 2 days onsite at our internal office (specific location TBD)
