Job Description:
1. Technical Support and Issue Resolution:
Provide 24/5.5 on-call support, assisting users with issues and problems related to mainframe applications.
2. Problem Management and Analysis:
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, identify root causes, and manage change requests.
3. System Administration and Maintenance:
Assist with daily system administration tasks, including patching, updates, and upgrades to the z/OS operating system.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
Work with other IT engineers, developers, and vendors to resolve issues and manage projects.
5. Disaster Recovery:
Participate in disaster recovery and business resumption efforts.
