Job Description

Development Methodology: 

• Somewhat Kanban
• Follow the sprints that the offshore is working against
• Working against the backlog

High-Level Individual Duties:

• Conduct technical audits and validation of code against specifications
• E.g. Review readme/documentation against code
• Collaborate closely with a small team of engineers and offshore developers
• Submitting Jira tickets back to offshore team – whether it be fix or overhaul
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the codebase, focusing on distributed systems.
• Maintain effective face-to-face communication and overlapping work hours for better collaboration.
