                    Senior Security Consultant – Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) in Telco Industry
 Location: Irving, TX , 3 days in office
 
 About the Role
 A leading Telecommunications Organization is embarking on a mission to future-proof its entire product and infrastructure ecosystem against the emerging threat of Quantum Computing. From consumer devices like smartwatches and routers, to large-scale infrastructure such as data centers and network operations centers (NOCs) — nothing will be left unsecured.
 We’re building an elite team of Top-Level Security Consultants to design and lead the next generation of cryptographic protection, with a strong focus on Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC). This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the future of telecom security on a global scale.
 
 What You'll Do
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product Security, Infrastructure, Network, and R&D to define the PQC adoption roadmap
  - Conduct gap assessments and threat modeling for quantum-resilience across Telco systems (TV, Internet, Routers, Wearables, etc.)
  - Define and help implement next-gen security architectures, including and beyond PKI transformation and crypto-agility, and PQC
  - Guide product and engineering teams on secure design and integration of PQC algorithms
  - Work with an extended delivery team to implement and operationalize the security transformation
  - Research evolving standards (e.g., NIST PQC Round 4, ETSI, IETF) and contribute to internal best practices
  - Present findings and roadmaps to senior stakeholders and contribute to organizational security strategy
  
 
 What We're Looking For
  - Proven experience in high-level security architecture or consulting roles in large-scale environments
  - Deep understanding of cryptographic protocols including but not limited to PKI, TLS, IPsec, X.509, Secure Boot, Certificate Lifecycle Management
  - Familiarity with or keen interest in Post-Quantum Cryptography
   - Good to have
   - Exposure to lattice-based, code-based, or multivariate crypto schemes
  - Familiar with NIST PQC standards and migration guidelines
  
 
 - Willingness and Aptitude to learn new technologies such as PQC with quick turnaround
  - Experience in securing embedded systems, IoT devices, or telecom infrastructure is a big plus
  - Strong stakeholder communication and ability to lead security discussions across technical and non-technical teams
  - Passion for learning and contributing to the next frontier in cybersecurity
  
 
 Bonus Skills
  - Experience working in Telecom, IoT, or Infrastructure Security
  - Familiarity with crypto-agility frameworks
  - Knowledge of hardware security modules (HSMs), secure enclave technologies, or Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs)
