Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions utilizing Salesforce Communications Cloud, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Architect scalable and secure solutions for key Communications Cloud modules such as Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Order Management (OM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Digital Commerce.

Collaborate with enterprise architects and other solution architects to design holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, billing platforms, ERP).

Create and maintain architectural blueprints, design specifications, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.

Lead solution design workshops and technical discussions with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and articulate proposed solutions.

Provide technical guidance and recommendations on the optimal use of Salesforce features and functionalities within the Communications Cloud.

Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce Communications Cloud and external systems using various integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi).

Minimum of 13+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect.

Extensive and demonstrable experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, including a deep understanding of its core modules (EPC, CPQ, OM, CLM, Digital Commerce) and underlying data model.
