Job Description:
ServiceNow Architect with expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and architectural knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly within the ITOM suite (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.), and will serve as a strategic advisor to both clients and internal teams.
- Lead architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules including:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Cloud Management
- Operational Intelligence
- Develop and maintain an effective CMDB strategy and data model.
- Define and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development and integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and support teams.
- Drive ServiceNow platform governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure integration between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., monitoring tools, cloud platforms, etc.).
- Conduct technical assessments and health checks on existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and capabilities, especially within ITOM.
