Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with strong hands-on skills to serve as an Onsite Technical Lead. The ideal candidate should have more than 9 years of experience in AEM development, with a solid background in leading teams, solution design, and client-facing engagements. This role will involve close collaboration with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of AEM-based digital solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in web development with at least 2+ years in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
- Strong hands-on experience with AEM 6.x, including Sites and Assets.
- Expertise in Java/J2EE, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Sightly (HTL), and Servlets.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
- Experience integrating AEM with other systems (e.g., REST APIs, DAMs, CRMs).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms (e.g., Adobe Cloud, AWS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe Certified AEM Developer or Lead certification.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prior experience working directly with clients or in a consulting capacity.
