Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Mandatory Skills: SQL, Snowflake, and experience in the Banking or Finance industry
Rockwoods is seeking a talented Business Analyst for an exciting opportunity with our esteemed client in Tyson's Corner, VA. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days on-site each week, and interviews will be conducted in person. We are considering only local candidates to Virginia or those who are willing to relocate and work on-site as required. Please find the job description below for your review. Key Responsibilities
1. Data Segmentation & Analysis
Develop and refine data segmentation models using customer behavior, demographics, and product usage data.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify segment-specific trends and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product and business strategies.
2. Data Visualization & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards to track deposit-related metrics such as balances, attrition, and churn by customer segment.
Analyze datasets after data extraction, identify trends and patterns, and highlight issues or anomalies to guide decision-making.
3. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data-backed insights.
Participate in campaign strategy and execution based on segmentation insights.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
6–8 years of U.S.-based experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
