10+ years of Salesforce development experience

3+ years in a technical lead role

Strong in Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs

Salesforce integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs)

Knowledge of Data Cloud and Agentforce is a plus

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD tools (like Copado/Gearset), and version control (Git)

Lead and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows

Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers

Collaborate with architects, BAs, and stakeholders to design and deliver projects

Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices

Manage integrations and troubleshoot technical issues

Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend relevant features

Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and contribute to Agile ceremonies
