We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and experience with iOS, MacOS, and Windows management, as well as expertise in Microsoft services and endpoint network behaviors. They will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing device system, and leveraging data tools to drive data-driven decisions and troubleshooting efforts. The candidate must be able to follow through on expected deliverables and timelines, and work effectively across teams, timezones, and cultures. Your role will involve critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication to deliver reliable and timely solutions.
Experience working with SIEM to understand IT infrastructure behavior
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or data science
Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standards.
