Job Description:
State Street is seeking an experienced AxiomSL Developer / Technical Consultant to support its regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Axiom ControllerView, regulatory report development, and integration with financial data systems. You will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining compliance with critical regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop regulatory reports using AxiomSL ControllerView.
- Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain data dictionaries, aggregation logic, and workflows within the AxiomSL platform.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Integrate data from various upstream sources (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) into AxiomSL.
- Perform unit and integration testing; support UAT and production deployment.
- Monitor report performance and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure reporting solutions are compliant with regulatory standards such as Basel III, FR Y-9C, FR 2052a, etc.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in regulatory reporting with hands-on AxiomSL development.
- Strong understanding of ControllerView, data modeling, data mapping, and validation rules in AxiomSL.
- Proficient in SQL and working with large data sets from financial systems.
- Prior experience with State Street or similar global financial institutions is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of capital markets and financial instruments.
- Experience with Basel, Liquidity Risk Reporting, CCAR, or other regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
