Mandatory Skills Required :
Managing large-scale projects with multiple, diverse teams.
Utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira.
Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using work breakdown structures.
Working within a PMO environment, following standardized methodologies and documentation.
Facilitating meetings and preparing meeting documentation.
Preparing and delivering comprehensive status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Managing project risks, issues, and changes.
Leading projects to completion within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
Strong coordination, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Experience with ServiceNow and DocuSign.
Demonstrated ability to lead and negotiate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile or Scrum-based Project Management Certification.
ITIL Foundation Certification.
Experience managing projects for large, distributed user bases.
Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall projects (preference for Waterfall).
Previous experience managing state government projects.
Familiarity with compliance under Rule 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code.
Experience working with technical development teams.
Ability to take initiative and solve complex problems with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills in negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and team building.
Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice or regulated environment.
Experience managing vendor-delivered solutions.
Familiarity with additional IT domains such as programming and data analytics.
Highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet or exceed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
