• Evaluate existing applications for reusability and enterprise-wide application.
• Participate in integrated systems planning and suggest alternative technologies.
• Analyze and document current business processes and technical requirements.
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to gather requirements and propose innovative IT solutions.
• Conduct operational readiness assessments and market research for new tools or technologies.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture to identify optimal solution paths.
• Provide mentorship and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• 10–15 years of experience in software architecture and enterprise application design.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular frameworks.
• Solid background in DevSecOps practices and integration.
• Proven track record of working on complex IT initiatives and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional discussions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to solution architecture.
