Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related scientific or technical field, and five (5) years minimum of relevant experience.

5+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities.

Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments focusing on ServiceNow development tools and techniques, including scripting in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.

Hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow SPM (formerly ITBM), including Demand, Project, and Resource modules.

Strong knowledge of project portfolio management methodologies (PPM, SAFe, Agile).

Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and CMDB relationships.

Ability to translate governance and planning requirements into platform configuration.

Experience working in ServiceNow environments with ITSM, APM, or CMDB integrations.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (preferred).

Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.

Ability to design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes.

Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g., Azure).

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
