Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to global trade and map them to SAP GTS functionality.
- Configure SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
- Support the integration of GTS with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other third-party applications.
- Conduct workshops with business users to define and streamline trade compliance processes.
- Define functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for necessary developments.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and ensure successful go-live.
- Provide training and documentation for business users and support teams.
- Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and suggest necessary system adjustments.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure alignment on trade compliance objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of SAP experience with at least 2 years in SAP GTS (functional).
- Strong understanding of global trade processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
