Very Strongly Prefered :

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably with UBS or similar clients.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or enterprise ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.

• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• Azure Administrator Associate

Job Summary:

UBS is looking for a highly experienced Sr. Azure DevOps Engineer with 8–9 years of strong expertise in Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipeline development, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate will support critical enterprise applications, streamline deployment workflows, and enhance platform reliability within a fast-paced, regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, automate, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for scalable enterprise-grade applications.
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Support containerized application deployment using Docker and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and App Insights.
• Collaborate across development, QA, and IT operations teams to enable DevOps culture and continuous delivery.
• Integrate testing, security, and governance into the CI/CD lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot build/release failures and infrastructure issues across Azure environments.
• Maintain secure and compliant DevOps processes aligned with financial industry standards.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and DevOps process optimization.

Required Skills:

• 8–9 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong skills in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards).
• Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep for IaC.
• Proficient in scripting: PowerShell, Bash, or YAML.
• Experience with Docker, AKS, and managing Kubernetes workloads.
• Deep understanding of Git, branching strategies, and release orchestration.
• Proven ability to manage Secrets, RBAC, Key Vault, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring and diagnostics tools in Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, containers, and pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
