We are seeking a highly skilled and certified SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) Consultant to join our team for a long-term contract with a leading utility company operating in New England. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a utility environment and possess a deep understanding of SAP IS-U functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and configure SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) modules to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into SAP IS-U solutions.
* Provide expertise in areas such as billing, invoicing, meter data management, and customer service within the SAP IS-U framework.
* Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP IS-U solutions.
* Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
* Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP IS-U functionalities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IS-U modules and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
* Stay updated with the latest SAP IS-U developments and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
* SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) certification is required.
* Proven experience working in a utility environment with a strong understanding of utility business processes.
