Experience: 15+ years total, including 8+ years with Databricks
Certifications: Databricks Certification (mandatory)

Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in data engineering, big data, and analytics
8+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks (including Spark, Delta Lake, and advanced features)
Expertise in Python, SQL, and Spark
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps for data (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS)
