Position Summary:
Hexaware is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM Security Specialist to oversee the environment and data security management of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Security, Data Masking, and Environment Management.

Environment Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Cloud instances including planning, refreshes, and release management.
- Oversee and optimize multiple environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
- Plan and implement cloning strategies, configuration migrations, and environment optimizations.
- Utilize deployment tools and version control systems to maintain configuration integrity.
- Create and maintain documentation, dashboards, and trackers using tools like SharePoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Fusion environments with business goals.
- Define and enforce governance policies and best practices for environment management.
Data Masking:
- Apply data masking techniques to protect sensitive information in Oracle Fusion environments.
- Understand data structures across Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM modules.
- Write and maintain SQL and automation scripts for data masking tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data masking.
- Ensure secure and compliant data management practices.
Oracle Fusion Security:
- Implement and manage IAM, RBAC, and SOD controls within Oracle Fusion applications.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits; recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents with thorough documentation and resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security controls support business needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve security processes to enhance system resilience.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
- Proven experience with configuration migration, version control, and deployment tools.
- Strong background in Oracle Fusion data structures and data masking tools.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting and automation techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle database administration.
- Experience conducting security audits and implementing IAM and RBAC controls.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with governance tools like SharePoint.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work across project phases: planning, configuration, testing, and support.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional and client teams effectively.
