Job Description
Role: MDS Technical Lead
Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid or REMOTE)
Duration: Long term
The MDS Technical Lead will be an experienced lead developer with the following experience:
- Familiarity / Experience with Graph DB [Tinkerpop, Neo4j, Neptune]. Neptune is preferable
- Familiarity with Tinkerpop Gremlin
- Excellent AWS Serverless experience.
- IAC Tool is Terraform
- Proficiency in Rust Lang or Golang. Specifically Rust is used for lambda work, not the more common EC2 server nodes commonly seen.
- Knowledge of Gitlab and an understanding of Pipelines to assist troubleshooting with DevOps
- Knowledge of how to secure PII against unapproved access.

- API design and maintenance
Social Skills
- Strong ability to lead Code Review & Drive Code Excellence
- Strong communication skills to effectively relay technical details to project managers and stakeholders
- Ability to balance technical requirements, standards, timelines, and pragmatic decision making.
