Job Description
Role: Lead-Level SNOW Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC or Chandler, AZ or Irving, TX (3x a week onsite)
Duration: 2 year contract
Must Have: CSA and CAD (or be able to obtain the CAD in 1-2 months after offer)

This team is looking for a highly experienced and certified Lead ServiceNow Developer to architect, lead, and evolve our enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development, CMDB/CSDM strategy, and advanced platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with cutting-edge ServiceNow features and a proven ability to lead technical teams and strategic initiatives.
- Day to Day:
- Lead the design and development of complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations
- Implement Discovery Patterns to enhance CMDB accuracy and automation
- Deploy and manage Integration Hub spokes and Service Graph Connectors to support enterprise integrations
- Drive CMDB and CSDM alignment across business units, ensuring data quality and model compliance
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support SACM and SPM initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure platform scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact platform issues and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align ServiceNow capabilities with business goals
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features and best practices
- Top Requirements:
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including:
- Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, and Glide scripting
- REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations
- Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts
- Service Catalog and Request Management
- CMDB and Discovery
- Advanced ServiceNow platform capabilities:
- Designing and building custom Discovery Patterns
- Implementing Integration Hub and Flow Designer integrations
- Deploying and configuring Service Graph Connectors
- Working with newer ServiceNow technologies that are not yet widely adopted in the industry
- CMDB and CSDM expertise:
- Leading CMDB maturity initiatives and governance
- Implementing and aligning with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Integrating CMDB with SACM and SPM modules
- Required Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
