VV Next Tech's client is actively seeking experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultants with strong expertise in S/4 HANA to join their onshore team based in Mason, OH.
Job Description:
✔️ We are looking for a skilled SAP CRM Functional Consultant with extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
✔️ The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP CRM processes and configuration.
✔️ Knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) is a plus, though not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
✔️ Configure and implement SAP CRM functionalities within the S/4 HANA environment.
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules and platforms.
✔️ Provide end-user support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.
✔️ Assist in preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
✔️ Document processes, configurations, and changes for future reference.
Qualifications:
✔️ 15+ years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support.
✔️ Strong hands-on experience with S/4 HANA.
✔️ Familiarity with Field Service Management (FSM) is advantageous.
✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔️ Team player with a collaborative mindset.
✔️ Relevant SAP certification(s) will be considered an asset.
