📍 Location: Arizona, California, Texas (Onsite/Hybrid based on client preference)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in modern web technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in Java, along with skills in React, Angular, Node.js, and exposure to Next Gen / GenAI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Java applications
- Build and maintain microservices and REST APIs
- Develop modern front-end components using React, Angular, and Node.js
- Contribute to Next Gen / GenAI initiatives and integrate AI/ML capabilities
- Collaborate with architects to design scalable, cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Mentor and guide junior developers and code reviewers
- Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and security
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning sessions
Must-Have Skills:
✅ 10+ years of Java development experience
✅ Expertise in React, Angular, Node.js
✅ Strong experience with microservices architecture
✅ Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
✅ Familiarity with Next Gen / GenAI solutions
✅ Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns
✅ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
✅ Expertise in React, Angular, Node.js
✅ Strong experience with microservices architecture
✅ Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
✅ Familiarity with Next Gen / GenAI solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
