Role: UX Designer with healthcare
Location: Remote - We will prioritize folks in Minneapolis, MN and Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. You will play a critical role in shaping user experiences across our digital products. From research to execution, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs that are both functional and visually compelling.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces by creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Front-End Developers throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure all designs are cohesive, visually appealing, and compliant with accessibility standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • 3+ Years of experience
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic understanding of front-end capabilities is a plus).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
