Job Description:
As the Operation Lead for Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will support the team in managing how users access digital systems and data. You’ll help make sure the right people have the right access to the right resources—while keeping everything safe and secure. This role teaches you about cybersecurity, digital identity, and responsible IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and tracking user accounts and permissions
Learn and apply basic IAM concepts like authentication, authorization, roles, and permissions
Help maintain records of who has access to what systems
Support with password management tasks (e.g., resets or policy reminders)
Learn how to create simple access control lists (under supervision)
Report any suspicious access issues to a mentor or supervisor
Support documentation of IAM policies and procedures
Collaborate with tech team to ensure secure account practices
Help ensure that only authorized users have access to shared resources
