Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Quote to Cash (Q2C) Consultant to lead solutioning and implementation efforts for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in Oracle Cloud applications, particularly within the Q2C process cycle, and will play a critical role in business process design, delivery, and ongoing support.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead solutioning and implementation of the Oracle Fusion Quote to Cash (Q2C) cycle.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design business processes.
  • Conduct quick POCs and demos to validate solution approaches.
  • Deliver and support Oracle Cloud modules including Procurement, Inventory, Contracts, and Order Management.
  • Analyze root causes of issues and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Document functional designs and coordinate with technical teams for build, testing, and deployment.
  • Handle production support activities including configuration updates, testing, and deployments.
  • Conduct system testing and ensure successful deployment of Q2C enhancements.
  • Train client teams on effective usage of both standard and custom Oracle Q2C solutions.
  • Independently manage and resolve user issues based on SLAs.
  • Recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and improvements for scalability and performance.
  • Work collaboratively with remote and on-site teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and client stakeholders.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Q2C (Quote to Cash) implementation, rollout, and support.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Cloud modules: Procurement, Inventory, Contracts, and Order Management.
  • Proven ability to interact with business users and translate requirements into functional solutions.
  • Experience in functional documentation, system testing, and production deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
