Job Title: SAP TSW Consultant – Oil & Gas Industry

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP TSW (Trader’s and Scheduler’s Workbench) Consultant to support and enhance our downstream and logistics operations within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing and supporting SAP TSW and related logistics components, with a deep understanding of hydrocarbon scheduling, terminal operations, and bulk transportation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support SAP TSW to enable efficient planning and execution of nomination, scheduling, and ticketing processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements related to supply chain planning, marine scheduling, pipeline transport, and terminal logistics.
- Support the integration of TSW with SAP modules including SD, MM, IS-OIL, HPM, TD (Transport Distribution), and EH&S.
- Set up and manage nominations, stock projections, events, planning & actual tickets, and maintain accurate scheduling data.
- Coordinate closely with trading, operations, and inventory management teams to ensure timely and accurate scheduling and execution.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide functional support, and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and data validation.
- Document functional specs, user manuals, and provide training to end-users.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP TSW in implementation or support roles.
- Strong knowledge of bulk logistics operations including pipeline, rail, truck, and marine scheduling.
- Proficient in nominations management, stock projection, event management, and ticketing processes in TSW.
- Good understanding of Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM) and its integration with TSW.
- Experience with terminal operations, inventory movements, and shipment processing.
- Familiarity with interfaces to external systems like SCADA, Terminal Automation Systems, or Trading platforms is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Oil & Gas downstream or midstream operations.
- Knowledge of SAP IS-OIL components such as HPM, TD, and PRA.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.
- SAP Certification in Logistics or IS-OIL is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Master’s degree or industry certifications are a plus.
