Role:Workday Advance Compensation Lead
Client: Oakland LLC/ State of Maryland
Remote
MUST have an implementation account and hold current Workday certification and be willing to transfer.
Required Qualifications: - Current Workday certification in Advanced Compensation (must be active and transferable).
- Proven experience in at least 2 years full-cycle Workday Advanced Compensation implementation.
- Strong understanding of compensation processes (merit, bonus, equity, etc.) and how they align with business strategy.
- Ability to design and optimize business processes within the Workday ecosystem.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with reporting and calculated fields in Workday is a plus.
