The Technical Specialist is a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in a specific technology such as Power Apps development and InfoPath specialist. The Technical Specialist has an overall knowledge and understanding of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program.

Power Apps Lead Developer description:
• Extensive development and administration of Power Apps applications for the CEDC-IT delivery center. (Online and on premise)
• Code, develop and manage Power Apps, workflows and lists.
• Power Apps administration, permissions, lists, database and management thereof.
• Experience with InfoPath development software.
• In-depth experience with JavaScript, html, css and xsl/xslt, csom, PHP and basic Sharepoint scripting knowledge.
• Developing in a 3-tiered environment
• Uses Azure DevOps for source control and work items and provides project statuses and project time estimates to the section supervisor
